  Very poor attitude towards customer service. They are a TNT depot, for which they are paid. I had a pump delivered there, and the sender forgot to put my phone number on the box, however, the senders name & phone number were on the attached con. note. The parcel sat there for 6 days, and they were going to return it to the sender. I asked them why they didn't phone the sender to get my number, and the reply was "Not our job mate!" Fair enough, the mistake was the senders, but surely one phone call is not too much effort, but sadly, it appears it is. Spent lots there over the years, but no more. It isn't far into Elders or Landmark so they will get our $$$s from now on.
